Oklahoma voters have approved a measure that would forbid judges from considering international law or Islamic law when deciding cases.

Republican Rex Duncan, the sponsor of the measure, called it a "pre-emptive strike" designed to close the door on activist judges "legislating from the bench or using international law or Sharia law."

Members of the Muslim community called the question an attack on Islam. These pussies are something else. Everything is an attack on Islam. The Muslims chochas don't know what an attack on Islam is. Ask the Japanese what a real attack from the USA is really like. Some of the muslims said they are prepared to file a lawsuit challenging the measure.

So what, our congress is changing. Soon the 1960's Love, peace and hippie beads generation will be history and our war vets who seen first hand what muslimism is all about will control lawmaking.

Lets start a measure to charge Judges the court cost for legislating from the bench. Congress makes our laws. Precedent test cases are in the 5 quadrants of the Jurs Prudence in the law books. Its that way for a reason. So you cant use a precedent test case from Germany in 1938.
