Wiki leaks has released sensitive security documents to the public because thats what the Obama Administration wanted to do.

Over the weekend 71 websites were seized by the Homeland security, for alleged copyright infringement. They know how to close down websites. So the Government closing down Bi torrent, lime wire and other sites, I believe is just a smokescreen.

So When they closed them down no one said anything because the are not torrent sites. They did this with no trials, no court order and no decisions even though there is a fine line between copyright infringement and free speech.

Homeland Security is worried about copyright infringement because that SO FRIGGING IMPORTANT.

THE LIVES OF OUR SOLDIERS IS NO BIG DEAL to the Obama administration. SO Obama allows WIKI LEAKS to RELEASE SENSITIVE INFORMATION AS THE IMPOTENT HOMELAND SECURITY STANDS BYE AND LETS IT HAPPEN.

What bugs me, is the Supreme court said NO! to regulating the Internet. As a person with no "standing" it escapes me as to why the Court does not issue a writ or a Order of contempt. Are the judges in on it too?

So they go around the court and they change the internet into a utility to get around the courts.

I feel who the Obama Administration want to close is ACTUALLY you. A certainty for shows like yours Sean, Rush, Savage, Laura, Monica, Ben Shapiro are all in the cross hairs. Again after they shut you down no one did anything because they are not talk shows

Oklahoma voters have approved a measure that would forbid judges from considering international law or Islamic law when deciding cases.

Republican Rex Duncan, the sponsor of the measure, called it a "pre-emptive strike" designed to close the door on activist judges "legislating from the bench or using international law or Sharia law."

Members of the Muslim community called the question an attack on Islam. These pussies are something else. Everything is an attack on Islam. The Muslims chochas don't know what an attack on Islam is. Ask the Japanese what a real attack from the USA is really like. Some of the muslims said they are prepared to file a lawsuit challenging the measure.

So what, our congress is changing. Soon the 1960's Love, peace and hippie beads generation will be history and our war vets who seen first hand what muslimism is all about will control lawmaking.

Lets start a measure to charge Judges the court cost for legislating from the bench. Congress makes our laws. Precedent test cases are in the 5 quadrants of the Jurs Prudence in the law books. Its that way for a reason. So you cant use a precedent test case from Germany in 1938.

Why did Ilario Pantano Loose? Isn't it odd that all across the country, the talk show hosts and their guests, sited that Ilario Pantano was slated to be seated as a Republican. He was supposed to win and North Carolina was supposed to win BIG! The Republicans won marginally.

The GOP received complaints from voters who tried to vote a straight Republican ticket that the machines recorded their votes as a straight Democrat ticket.

Raleigh, N.C. — In the North Carolina Republican Party, a federal judge ruled Saturday that counties using touch-screen voting machines must add an additional informational alert for voters. Judge Malcolm Howard held the special weekend hearing to consider the GOP's accusation that the State Board of Elections knew about problems with the iVotronic voting machines and didn't address them.

"The state board's been aware of the problems with these machines for we don't know how long," said Thomas Farr, an attorney for the Republican Party. "We have every confidence in the voting systems that North Carolina has," countered Johnnie McLean, deputy director of the State Board of Elections.

Thirty-five of the 100 North Carolina counties used the machines in question during the early-voting period, which ended Saturday; 23 planned to use them on Election Day Tuesday. Ilario Pantano just lost by 30 percent?

Howard ordered that the Board of Elections must advise all counties that use the machines to post a "Voter Alert" and keep track of any complaints. When voters sign in at their polling place, they will see a sign which says:

* Touchscreen voting machines are sensitive
* A summary page will appear at the end of your ballot so you can review the choices selected. Carefully review your ballot to make sure your vote is accurately case.
* If you have any problems, please ask for help from a poll worker.
