Congress’ Comedians
1. Investor’s Business Daily
It could pass for stand-up comedy if the implications weren't so serious. America is now in its seventh week lacking protection from terrorism because the Democratic Congress refuses to renew the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act.
Don't worry, they're not wasting time. Senate Democrats were busy this week pining about the fate of the Arctic's polar bears.
Senate Environment and Public Works Committee head Barbara Boxer, D-Calif., charged that "the Bush Administration is violating the law" because the Interior Department missed a deadline on whether to add polar bears to the endangered species list.
2. Moronic American officials have agreed to a $23 million aid package from which most will go towards purchasing technology to prevent the fence from being perforated and for locating underground smuggling conduits, according to information received in the Israeli political circuit.
From details that were made known to Ynet, the US intends to send teams from the US Army Corps of Engineers to the Egyptian side of the Gaza-Egypt border in the near future. Theses teams will assist Egyptian forces deployed along the frontier pinpoint the locations of smuggling tunnels west of the border in the Rafah area.
New Fence is really needed in the US and Mexican Border, Israel is not our problem, however we retarded now...how about you?
3. SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - A roommate-finding site cannot require users to disclose their sexual orientation, a U.S. appeals court ruled on Thursday, in the latest skirmish over whether anti-discrimination rules apply to the Web.
The U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals said Roommates.com, which obliges users to list their sexual orientation, was different than Internet sites where people can volunteer or withhold personal information. To inquire electronically about sexual orientation would not be different from asking people in person or by telephone if they were black or Jewish before conducting business, the panel said in an 8-3 ruling that partly overturns a lower federal court decision.
"If such screening is prohibited when practiced in person or by telephone, we see no reason why Congress would have wanted to make it lawful to profit from it online," 9Th Circuit chief judge Alex Kozinski wrote. "Not only does Roommate ask these questions, Roommate makes answering the discriminatory questions a condition of doing business."
I would want to know these things if I were sharing a room with anyone. No government should be allowed to tell me whom I can share a room with. Discrimination is the contrary to rubbing shoulders with your fellow man, diversity and political correctness. I have a right to choose my own company, and to use whatever tools to achieve knowledge of who shares my roof. . Screw you 9Th circuit.
Frankly I would take any homosexuality case to the Supreme Court and challenge homosexuality, trans gender perversity and other sado masochistic depravities as to its practice of this sport on a different level.
Normalcy. No one argues homosexuality in the absolute way, case and point. The issue of homosexuality is that the perverts want to make homosexuality normal. Homosexuality is like chicken soup, apple pie, love peace and hippie beads.
Homosexuality is not normal, and its extreme behavior. I would argue homosexuality with the truth. I would use graphic images of the homosexual practices and use medical facts to show why the orifices used are not the intention of the designer.
Can you picture Ruth Gader Ginsberg, Kennedy, Schalia and company sitting through a pictorial essay of the bloody tears on the walls of tissue in the anal orifice during sex. The display of the removal of the sexual organs for trans genders and other perversions practiced by the medical profession is so depraved that in truth there medical licenses should be pulled.
I would give anything to see the faces of these great justices watching the presentation of the facts. To say then unequivocally, that homosexuality is normal, frankly I don't think so, I would give anything to se Ruth G. Ginsbergs face during such an argument.
