Thank God for the Internet's purchaser reviews, as many unsatisfied buyers do share their experiences, and I do read their postings of bad merchandise. That is the reason, why I don't buy Sunsetter awnings, Sanyo cameras, Corby mp3 players, PC liquidators, Hewlett Packard Pavilion 4325us laptop and the list is ongoing. Congratulations 3Btech joins the list. NO LONGER WILL RISK PURCHASES FROM 3BTECH 3BTECH REFUSES TO MAKE AN ACCOMMODATION ON A DEFECTIVE HARD DRIVE that the defective from the factory and sold by them as a bargain computer components. They use time limits as an excuse to leave the purchaser holding the bag.
If I were you, Avoid 3btech. 3btech is selling defective merchandise so it will appear on the web as terrific bargains however they selling factory defects tied to short time limits on warranties.
The more people, are aware of junk merchants better off we all are. BE CAREFUL THE MONEY YOU THINK YOU SAVE IS ACTUALLY 3BTECH'S GAIN AND YOUR EVENTUAL LOSS.

THEY ALSO SELL COUNTERFEIT DEFECTIVE PARTS.
I BOUGHT A Jetway NVIDEA Geforce 6899 8x AGP Video card w/DVI FROM 3BTECH THAT FAILED AFTER 4 MONTHS.
I TRIED TO GET WARRANTY REPLACEMENT FROM THE MANUFACTURER, JETWAY COMPUTER, BUT THEY REFUSED, AS THEY SAY THE BOARD WAS NOT MADE BY THEM.
3BTECH REFUSES TO TAKE THE DEFECTIVE PART BACK, SAYING THEY GIVE A 90 DAY GUARANTY ONLY.
I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION, FOR FRAUDULANT AND DECEPTIVE SALES PRACTICES.
I buy computer parts from 3BTech daily. Customer service is great. Never had a problem in the 5 years purchasing from them. I highly recommend 3BTech to anyone.
