My lawsuit, Alvin Maldondo vs. Mildred Figueroa and Cesar Delfin Figueroa was against these two crooks. The Figueroa's forced the lawsuit to include all of OUR children.

But why?

The reason was so the Figueroa's can file bankruptcy as they did in NYC. She screwed all of the heirs including her own children.

She says "she was looking out for all of the kids" huh?

Everyone needs to ask her if she looking out for the children, where is the additional $19,000.00 the Figueroa's owes every one of the heirs, why did she file bankruptcy if she was looking out for the kids.

Anyone married to the heirs had a stake in this case. The estate of $600,000.00 if skillfully executed would have been worth $1,000,000.00 at the time of its dispersal. We all could have bought a house.

Ask yourself...why is this all I got, and ever going to get?

Why do people keep believing Mildred Figueroa, the dominatrix of nonsencical ravings of lunacy. Mildred, the duncette suffers from DELUSIONS OF GRANDEUR. Delusions of a MAGNITUDE SO INTENSE that SHE HALLUCINATES.

She swears she is a class act, and the pinnacle of intelligence. However she could not find the North, even with a compass. Ask yourself how much schooling has Mildred had. She instead goes through the country slandering and libeling people, while the real mental midget is herself, actually she is illiterate. Mildred can't even deliver simple syntax and word composition on Facebook.

MILDRED IS A MORON INSTEAD Of CHEATING PEOPLE SHE SHOULD LEARN TO BE A MODEL daughter, sister, and family member, instead of the bitter bitch that she really is.

It is a fact that Mildred, has f--ked (expletive deleted), her mother Emilia Ponce, her father, Santos Maldonado, me, who has fielded and won every case in the courts, the estate of Santos Maldonado Estate. MILDRED AND CESAR SCREWED All of her children and all of mine. If MILDRED SCREWED ALL OF THE ABOVE, WHAT CAN ANYONE EXPECT FOR THEM at the hands of these two crooks.

In closing I filed an Appeal, before you listen to inperpretation of law from imbeciles like Mildred and Cesar, an Appeal is a lawsuit against the Judge. It was the judge who allowed the Figueroa's to skirt the laws of Puerto Rico.

Make no mistake about it! had I not filed the initial lawsuit no one would see a dime. That's why the Figueroa's drove 19 hours from NYC to Florida to verify if i had died of a stroke under the guise that my eldest son, sent them.

Be advised, no one enjoys and gloats over the misfortune of others like Mildred and balless Cesar Figueroa. That is why he was knocked out in the first round by the late, Angel "Puff Puff" Ponce.

In closing, what I just wrote is not libel and slander on the Figueroa's, it is facts of life supported by reams of court papers and public record.

The Killer Inside Me DVD Review a must see

The Killer Inside Me (not for the squeamish) extremely violent. Casey Aflleck was perfect for the role. Jessica Alba, she is one of mt weaknesses, was phenomenal.

The Killer Inside Me is a 2010 American film adaptation of the 1952 novel of the same name by Jim Thompson.

The film is directed by Michael Winterbottom and stars The Killer Inside Me , Casey Afleck, Kate Hudson, and Jessica Alba. At its release, it was instantly reviled for its graphic depiction of violence and especially as it was directed toward women. To tell the truth I am not squemish, but i admit he violence was so intense that I had to pause the DVD and wait a hal;f hour before going back to the Movie.

At its premiere at the Sundance Film Festival in January 2010, Jessica Alba left the theater half way through the screening. It was said she actually had a airplane to catch.

At the emd of the film, someone stood and called to the films director, who was in the audience, saying: "I don't understand how Sundance could book this movie! How dare you? How dare Sundance?" The violence has colored most critical reviews of the film ever since. How dare you? I hate fascists.

I read somewhere the director was speechless and in shock at the reaction by a member of the audience.

In my opinion the world is violent, though tragic we have to face the fact that some people are serial killers. Some woman like pain and the dastardly deeds need to be exposed. Its one thing to hear, read of a wife's beating but quite another to see it depicted. Like it or not some people like pain. Many women in the fifties sustained beatings at the hands of husbands as many would write to Dear Abby about it.

Though my Dad was not as serial killer, it took my mother 17 years before she finally had enough. I actually celebrated the divorce of my parents. The day my mother and father divorced, I was 16 and I told my mother, "Ma! though you don't see it, you hit the lottery the day Dad left". I stand by that statement.

In my sunset years I have always taught my my daughter and especially my sons, "Real men don't hit Woman? Your grandmother, your mom, and your sister are woman, don't ever forget that.
