Requiem of a Foreclosure

Interesting electronic mail, it was sent to a vulture in areal estate debacle.

I am being foreclosed upon. I have a counter suit against the mortgage company over flood insurance and i am not in the flood zone. My war is against the system, that allows and permits predatory lending practices by financial institution to steal from hard working people like me. As for me its about street justice, getting even, a sucker punch for the common man.

I used the foreclosure to save any lawsuit court costs. I have since stopped the foreclosure! Its wedged, at the interrogatories stage for now. I also challenged the right to foreclose because I knew the mortgage company was bought by another bank and the initiator of the foreclosure is no longer the owner of the note. The case is frozen in the court.

Now with the alien impostor Obama's inept screwing with the Fannie and Freddie franchise, who knows what will happen. That is standard operating procedure when the state gets involved in a business they know nothing about.

Of this I am sure. I will challenge the foreclosure every step of the way. After the summary judgment for foreclosure is granted, I will Appeal.

I will file a "pauper affidavit" so i can proceed on the Appeal for free. I will file the Appeal complete with table of contents, sighting jurs prudence, citations, and some precedent test cases. I will remember to file for additional time and extensions because I am litigating "pro se" (practicing law for myself) .

Whatever bank is on record, they will have to pay an Appeal Attorney to defend the Appeal or loose by default. Not everyone is an Appeal Attorney, and the surety of $22,000.00 for each Appeal and the bank be footing the bill is for certain.

I will most likely loose the Appeal. The case will be remanded back to the circuit court and I will continue to next decision. I will Appeal that decision of the circuit court. I will continue to Appeal into oblivion.

I will stay in this house until I am dead or have reached the total equity that WAS MY EQUITY, before this economical depression, which ever comes first. I will reach that amount in 7 years. One year and 2 months has already passed and we are not passed interrogatories. I predict in 6 years I break even.

I am pissed off because all of the above was caused by government intrusion, allowed by Americans. Clinton, both Bush, Obama, on their watch has screwed us all.

People keep electing to congress morons like Pelosi, Reid, Specter, Boxer, Fienstien, Bill Nelson, McCain, Snowe, Collins, Lee, Russ Fiengold, Maxine Waters, to numerous to bore you. I mean America, Barbara Boxer and Maxine Waters! this dummies is in Congress. My kids are 15 years old are smarter and more conservative then the permanent fixtures in congress.

The government is so inept it cannot run a simple cash for clunkers program. It is so stupid that it recognizes that the Post office needs work and yet nothing is done to fix it. The competition is free e mail over the Internet. So the government is so dumb it raises the price of a stamp.

Acorn Investigated by Independent Prosecutor

Second, there needs to be a federal criminal investigation. The tape shows people who are willing to work with this undercover couple in a possible (depending on the applicable law in that jurisdiction) conspiracy to commit tax fraud, to defraud federal housing programs, and possibly violate the Mann Act in transporting minors across state lines for sexual purposes.

Finally, there should be a congressional investigation. However not by congress, I believe is dirty in itself. Why do these congressman keep getting re elected themselves. House Judiciary Committee Chairman John Conyers had earlier expressed an interest in holding hearings about ACORN. We need a independent prosecutor.

This is needed both because of the role ACORN currently plays with the federal government, and also with the future role that they are being considered for. Acorn gave us the greatest impostor fake facsimile of a president. Hence the present woozy and chief, who sealed all of his records and credentials of this we elected.

Right now ACORN is heavily involved in voter-registration programs, especially in inner cities. ACORN is also involved in federal programs to find housing for low-income people and receives federal taxpayer money for this public service.
Acorn were also, perhaps, the foremost actors in coercing banks to make housing loans under the Community Reinvestment Act to people who could not qualify for those loans. The cascading defaults on those mortgages are what burst the housing bubble, dragging down the financial stocks and causing the stock market crash.) Here is where it gets good. Obama taught Acorn what to do. Obama is Acorn.

Heavy lobbying is going on in Washington to give ACORN a leading role in the 2010 national census. Why? ACORN workers would be going door-to-door, collecting information on people within their homes and reporting the number of people in each home. Why?

Those numbers are to be used to redraw every congressional and state legislative race across the country. If certain heavily Democratic urban areas were over-counted because of fraudulent numbers, it would eliminate some Republican elected seats and replace them with Democratic seats so we continue having dim witted democrats. We need to rid ourselves of the corruption in congress by voting the bums out, and Acorn will make our vote elusive.

ACORN's current role is unacceptable if they are involved in any of the things shown by under age prostitution, money laundering and voter fraud among other crimes, and tied in with Congress and the President. Are we crazy to say nothing of expanding their role to entrust the census to them!
And this is just one incident in Baltimore. Are there other incidents that have been unfolding across the country? Does ACORN's senior leadership have knowledge of any such incidents?
Again, we need investigations.

ACORN has gotten away with too much for too long. If this tape is genuine and i am betting it is, then it shows extremely serious criminal activity perpetrated by some ACORN people.

As for congress and other individuals that vote for continuing funding for Acorn, well no one is above the law, and that includes Obama. It's time to get to the bottom of this.
I think the investigation needs to be a reality, so we can gather the evidence and jail any congressman that have criminal ties to Acorn. If Acorn ties to Obama, we need to impeach the phoney. Before he does anymore damage to the United States then he already has.

Bring our Warriors home

America is losing the war in Afghanistan. Rather than change course, President Obama is sending 21,000 additional U.S. troops. This will bring the total to 68,000 American soldiers fighting in Afghanistan, bolstering coalition forces to 110,000. For what? Body bags are heading our way and all for nothing.

We have tons of experience in cave warfare. Loads of volumes written about the warfare conducted in the caves at Okinawa and Iwo Jima. If we are not prepared to do whats absolutely necessary then we need to leave.

If we went back to the to the torches into the caves in Afganastan things would be different. If we were firing at the enemy and not worry about the civilians, then maybe we would win. If we were really serious with the enemy, and show the enemy the real horrors of War. The war would have been over already.

Since the Phoney show boater and chief has no stomach for warfare, lets pack up and go home. I think we should call it a day. I would rather have our boys cruising
for babes at home, then to cruise for the enemy in Afganastan.

Our brave men and woman have proven once again that we have the greatest military on the planet. They were great in 1945 and still the same after all these years.
