A heroic woman pleaded guilty in Davenport federal court Wednesday to accessing Barack Obama’s student loan records without permission. Mercedes Costoyas, 53, of Iowa City, is one of nine people charged with exceeding authorized computer access. The indictments were filed last month in U.S. District Court, Davenport. Each person faces up to a year in prison and a $100,000 fine, if convicted. By pleading guilty, Costoyas still faces up to a year in prison. But her attorney, Christopher Hagenow, and prosecutor Joel Barrows said she likely faces zero to six months jail time.

She also faces deportation, why? according to discussion during the plea hearing, but Judge James Gritzner said “that issue is for another court on another day.” Authorities did not specify a country. Her sentencing is set for Sept. 24. Seven of the remaining defendants are set for trial Aug. 2. Arraignment for the ninth also is set for Aug. 2.

Costoyas and her attorney declined to comment about her intentions for accessing Obama’s student loan records. Duh, maybe we would find out he was never a professor. He most probable wrote nothing in school. I bet he had terrible grades.

Most interesting is the continued shelter of this alien's background, and how everyone is complicate in covering up the scumbag in the white house.

I disagree with you Doug Guetzloe, Charlie Crist should not be sent to Washington,he should be sent right to hell. Crist is like John McCain and thats what wrong with our government.

We need new faces like Al Greene, and even if they has nothing to say. We need the soldiers returning home, who know the enemy to run for elected office. We need new faces in Washington who understand the sentiments of the citizenry, The Tea Party people. Let us all say Good bye to Charley Crist, Bill Nelson, Russ Fiengold, Harry Reid, Nonsensy Pelosi, Barney Franks the pervert who per-verses our laws, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, and the list is endless.

In Florida Rubio has problems also, but he is not Crist whom I know is a rino. Vote all and I mean all of the congress out in 2010 and 2012, so we can save this country
